Located just one block from Dresser Lake, this spacious retreat is designed for large families, group reunions, and anyone looking to elevate their Poconos experience.

Whether you're hosting a movie night in the theater, challenging friends in the arcade, or unwinding in the hot tub under the magical glow of bistro lights, this home offers a curated experience for every guest (including the furry ones!).

The Space: Three Levels of Fun & Relaxation
LEVEL 1: THE ENTERTAINMENT HUB (Basement & Garage)

Theater Room: Experience cinema at home with a 65-inch Smart TV and a professional popcorn machine (popcorn provided!).

Arcade & Game Room: Featuring classic games like Golden Tee and NFL Blitz, plus air hockey and foosball for endless friendly competition.

The "Play-Space" Garage: Step into the converted garage for a round of Pop-A-Shot basketball.

Laundry & Bath: A full bathroom and a dedicated laundry room stocked with detergent for a seamless stay.

LEVEL 2: THE HEART OF THE HOME (Main Floor)

Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped for any culinary creation. Includes a stocked coffee bar (Drip & Keurig), crockpot, and all the bakeware you’ll need.

Living & Reading Rooms: Relax by the vinyl record player (Bluetooth enabled) or choose a book from our "take one, leave one" library. The living room features ample seating and a sleeper sofa for extra guests.

Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1): A peaceful sanctuary with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and private TV.

LEVEL 3: THE SLEEPING QUARTERS (Second Floor)

Bedroom 2: Queen bed + Twin sleeper sofa, featuring a 50-inch TV and an electric fireplace.

Bedroom 3: A restful Queen bedroom designed for rejuvenation.

Bedroom 4 (The Kid Zone): A dream space for young adventurers! Features a Full bed, a Bunk bed (Full over Twin), a trundle, and a playful Tee-Pee.

Outdoor Oasis
Step outside to your private backyard paradise, fully illuminated by enchanting bistro lighting:

The Deck: Al fresco dining area with a gas BBQ grill and a gas fire pit.

The Backyard: A secondary wood-burning fire pit and a luxurious hot tub perfect for stargazing.

Direct Access: Effortless flow between the garage "play space" and the outdoor lounge areas.

Located within a secure, gated community, you are steps away from:

Walking Distance: Dresser Lake Park, a playground, tennis/basketball courts, and a fenced dog run.

The "Gold" Pass ($12/person): Purchase community passes for access to 4 additional pools, a swimming beach, miniature golf, and paddle boat rentals (Memorial Day – Labor Day).

Important Notes & House Rules
REGISTRATION: This is a gated community. You must complete a registration form 3 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so results in a $75 expedited fee charged by the community association.

AMENITIES: Passes for the beach, pools, and mini-golf are $12 per person, per day, purchased directly at the pool locations.

BACKYARD: Designed for ultimate relaxation, the backyard features a luxurious hot tub and a refreshing outdoor shower. Rinse off under the open sky, soak away your stress, and create cherished memories.

PETS: We are proudly pet-friendly! Please ensure you clean up after your pets to keep our yard pristine for the next guests.

GUEST ACCESS: You have full access to the entire home, excluding the shed and three marked owner/linen closets.

PEACE & QUIET: Please respect our neighbors within this family-oriented community. Quiet hours are observed to ensure everyone enjoys the mountain tranquility.

CLEANLINESS: All linens and towels are provided. We ask that you treat our home with care so we can continue to provide a high-end experience for all.

DAMAGES: Guests are liable for damages and incidentals; by booking, you agree that any such costs will be billed to your credit card on file upon receipt of an invoice and photo proof.
